This project involved additions and total a remodel to an existing 60's ranch style home that was in need of updating.
The kitchen and breakfast area were expanded and opened up as the original kitchen was tucked away and dark. From this point the family room opened up to the kitchen and to the back yard. This created a center core of family living space. In addition to this on the first floor the master suite was expanded to allow for a more spacious bath and doubling the closet area.
A second floor was added for secondary bedrooms, storage and a game room. With this the curb side appeal was addressed starting with a larger more obvious entry to the home and blended this to the rest of the house keeping the openness through out the house.
The garage was also renovated and a spacious outdoor room was added. The outdoor room had room for a large grill, fireplace, refrigerator wine tub and locations for televisions. This room opened up the the new pool.
