This project was for a modern speculative home for a client that was developing this project. The home was to feel large and open yet still have definition to the areas. The home was to be designed to open to an interior courtyard that had a splash pool to maximize the light on a small lot.
The kitchen/ breakfast area is a large, contigious, spacious place that was open to a center courtyard, with all of the specialty appliances that a gourmet cook would want. The kitchen was designed to work for the family or for entertaining.
The master suite was also large with plenty of light that also opened to the courtyard. The master bath was clean and sleek with a large area for closet with built in storage.
The contractor for the job was Richard Milligan and the elegant interior design was the creation of Neal Stewart Designs.
